Jessica Bondalapati

founder, principal consultant

Jessica Bondalapati has spent her career helping Detroit entrepreneurs and community organizations bring their ideas to life—first through business planning and program development, and now through the operational systems that help those ideas grow. She launched Lady Bondo to support the “behind-the-scenes” work that so many leaders don’t have time for: strengthening operations, choosing the right tools, and creating workflows that make everyday work feel more manageable.

Through Lady Bondo, Jessica offers operations improvement projects, fractional operations leadership, software + automation analysis, and coaching for entrepreneurs seeking either accountability or more balance through her Rooted Rhythms framework. Her work is guided by a listening-first, human-centered approach that honors the people behind every system.

Jessica has partnered with organizations across Detroit and nationally, including Michigan Central, American Express, Michigan Clean Energy Leaders, Corktown Business Association, University District Community Association, Detroit Experience Factory, Congress of Communities, and Karmanos Cancer Institute.

She has been recognized as a Next City Urban Innovator and an American Express + Ashoka Emerging Innovator for her work in entrepreneurship development, and she has written extensively on ethical development, placemaking, and local investment for Model D Media, Forward Cities, and Conscious Company Magazine.

Everybody thinks of changing humanity, but nobody thinks of changing himself.

Martha Cavazos

Facilitator/Consultant

Rieanna Stewart has lived in Detroit close to a decade, between university and starting her career, and was raised in Metro-Detroit, Michigan. She fell in love with the city of Detroit and its residents while studying, living, and working on Wayne State University’s campus.

She has created efficient processes and structures in her professional roles, developed new products and services, and supported organizational strategy program development. Some of her favorite projects as a professional are software implementations and creating systems that help businesses and leaders guarantee long-term sustainability. All of her work is approached with an ideology that you must ensure people are centered in the process; without compassion for the people behind the process, things just fail. With a B.S. in Business Management and a background in nonprofit management, event planning, business operations, finance, and customer service, many say she is known to get the job done.

Pre-pandemic, she can be found at various community events, shopping at her favorite local businesses, mentoring college students, or volunteering for political campaigns which support anti-racist policies. While she excels at staying busy professionally, she is equally passionate about being outdoors, traveling, holistic wellness approaches, and cooking.
